CONVERSA, our conversational platform for digital, inclusive, and secure surveys.
Conversa is a tool developed by Otrera for collecting information through WhatsApp. It allows you to identify and segment participants, randomize questions and questionnaires, integrate voice responses, and distribute incentives automatically. Its flexible and accessible design facilitates the participation of diverse audiences in conducting surveys, monitoring programs, or gathering perceptions in communities, workplaces, and organizations, ensuring a secure and ethical experience.
