Our History
In an environment where institutional decisions must be based on solid evidence, Otrera was founded in 2023 by Elisa Lavore and Daniel Finkelstein to combine social sciences and scientific innovation in the development of solutions for a more equal, inclusive, and sustainable society.
Since our inception, we have worked alongside public organizations, civil society, and educational institutions seeking to transform their structures from within. We do not arrive with generic solutions; each project is an opportunity to co-create solutions tailored to the specific context of our clients.
We were born out of the need to integrate gender perspective, social inclusion, and methodological rigor into every intervention. We believe that the best solutions emerge when we combine technical expertise with active listening and community participation.

We collaborate with organizations committed to institutional transformation and evidence-based social change:
Government institutions that design and implement public policies.
Civil society organizations focused on social development and human rights.
Universities and educational centers seeking to improve their academic processes.
Companies committed to social responsibility and workplace equality.
Why choose us
Multidisciplinary experience - We integrate diverse perspectives to address complex issues.
Proven methodologies - We apply internationally validated research and intervention techniques.
Focus on results - Each project defines clear indicators and measurable monitoring systems.
Genuine commitment - We are not external providers; we become strategic allies of our clients.
Ethical perspective - We integrate equity, inclusion, and human rights into every intervention.
We understand that real institutional change requires time, patience, and sustained support. That is why we do not limit ourselves to delivering reports: we build capacities, strengthen teams, and leave behind systems that endure beyond our intervention.
Each project is an opportunity to contribute to the construction of more just, equitable, and effective institutions. We work with the conviction that rigorous research and participatory methodologies are powerful tools for transforming realities.
